You Deserve To Be Happy

Normally, people do not consider "mental health" to be an issue.
Shockingly, if anybody suffers mentally, they are marked as "mad"! And the society turns away from them...
This terrible mindset of people is worthy of distaste.
Many even think psychologists and psychiatrists as good for nothing individuals dealing with insane people... THIS VERY THOUGHT IS INSANE!
Another ridiculous concept of the society is men do not shed tears while women do! Why??? Aren't they 'humans'! They have their rights to show emotions, whatever they feel!!
Strength varies from person to person...gender doesn't classify it!

We are human beings, not machines. We communicate we think...and we feel different emotions. Sometimes we are happy, sometimes sad, sometimes angry and sometimes excited...and yes sometimes depressed or frustrated! And this is completely normal..." humane"!!
That is how our brain works...
Mental Health is a major part of our livelihood, it directs how we react, how we feel, behave, and how we adapt to things.

We have to know ourselves, we have to think about ourselves, we need to! Maximum of the people hesitate to confess about their mental illness because they think it to be a matter of shame...which is totally wrong! It is not at all a matter of shame...
It is a matter of courage to be able to speak up!

A person's well being greatly depends on their mental health.
There's nothing to be ashamed of! It's just like any other disease!
In life, it is important to be happy. Depression is a very heavy situation...and is very common nowadays, but basic sadness does not refer to depression. We have the sense of emotions, we feel deeply and that's what makes us different from other creatures.

We visit doctors for our physical health problems but ask yourself if you visited a mental health clinic on having issues...maximum people don't! This leads to the deterioration of the situation!
This is a crucial issue, don't take it lightly...it would be of no good to you. Doctors are there for help always.
Share your feelings, problems with only your near and dear ones, who genuinely understands you. It will definitely lighten you up!

There are situations when you are too reserved and can't speak your heart out, even if you try to! This is also normal and in such cases, you need clinical aid.
Please take care of your mental health and proud to talk about it!
