Eternity 

Lost in the world of shadows

Silence and roars in sync

The prime, astray.

Veils burnt, curtains seared,

Moment of expose -

The canvas of truth,

Cold to retain, hard to obtain,

But its destiny, a palpable destiny.

Scratch, scream, straddle to believe,

Thrash, burst, protest from the pith,

All in vain.

Cause its destiny, palpable destiny!

Hammering upon the chest, banging on the head,

Breath quivers, throbs hit,

Would seem like the wispy last thread,

Desperately clenching on, toiling to bits,

Trying to keep life afloat.

No, it will not return,

The land of magic, sweets, and fairies,

Where we slept every night,

Where we dreamt every miracle.

Up from the ashes- still, we rise,

With hope, courage and love -

Cause its destiny, palpable destiny!
